What is the enviroment in those companies ? How flexible they are and how much politics are involved
It's going quite well at Lucid so far. The factory construction has started, prototypes being made. Overall the company morale is very high. I can't say much about politics as that's rare to see. So far I've not experienced any in the engineering. Everyone is helpful and want to see the car hit the road by end of next year. About flexibility you'd have to be specific.
Do you guys get to drive the prototypes at all
Soon! My team is going to get one so I'll be driving it around.
Byton should be terrible if you look at glassdoor reviews
