Work from Bloomberg satellite office
Does Bloomberg allows SWEs to work from one if their Satellite offices? I am in Chicago and they have a small office here, would working from here be allowed if my team is in NYC? Or do I have to move to NYC/NJ? (If I do get hired) Current TC 145k #tech

No you can’t! You can only visit other offices temporarily for a few days (eg: you’re in the city for a conference etc) and there are only a handful of engineering offices. Your office location will depend on your team. Remote option is mostly open for people who’ve been here for a while.
