Speaking in general from the posts here- as the TC and companies prestige increases the challenges increases propotionally. Seems like it has become a constant push to identify and improve the product, show leadership etc and if you fail to do so you are piped. I feel that the innovation can’t be forced and infact this pressure can be counter intuitive. This culture seems to be more prevalent in the F/A/N.
What is your experience on this subject at your current company?
I am pretty happy with the wlb here but I think not having pressure/expectations to deliver helps me to be more intuitive during work.

Company only pay what they do, because the work makes them even more money. Businesses must improve or die.
