Workday - Associate Business Systems Analyst interview
Hey guys, I’ve got a virtual interview at Workday in a bit. 1hr 30mins in total. First 30mins will test Technical Expertise & Quality, second 30mins will test Learning Agility & Decision-making, and third 30mins will test VIBE & Collaboration. Anyone got any tips that will help me ace this? Really need to perform well but I only have such a short time to prepare.
For Learning Agility, Decision-making, and Collaboration Google behavioral interview questions for each one and prepare or think of answers. They will want you to talk about real examples where you exhibited those soft skills. VIBE is about the importance of DEI, what it means to you, and how you foster it.
