I have recently received offer from Workday for the role of Software Development Engineer at Toronto, Canada. The position is P3 level. Base: 135k CAD RSUs: 134k USD vested across 4 years Bonus: 10% of Base Pay (13.5k CAD) Stock Refresher: (0 to 56k USD) Do you think this offer is competitive or there is any room for negotiation. YOE: 3 years

I received $200 usd in RSUs about 5 years ago in Toronto for same role and $150k salary. Remember bonus and refreshers are not guaranteed here.
