It’s good if the tc is high. They did a poll and asked for preference... and most people were in favor of a higher base. There was discrepancy due to a lot of people coming from Oracle or something where people had huge variables.... when they did the adjustment, they didn’t take away anyone’s comp but rather adjusted the ratios. By the way- the stock refresh is based on job level and performance. Not guaranteed. It’s a pool distributed to management. Same with merit and bonus.
You seem to have a lot of knowledge on the gtm team at workday. Any idea what the TC is for a Senior Solution Consultant on the financials team? What "level" is this?

YoE? The range is huge but tc = 70% base +30% variable (bonus + commission) + rsu refresh. It was just adjusted this year.
