Workday Salary Hikes in Canada

Total joining grant. Like if u get 100k as initial grant then next year you are getting 25k + ~50k/4 = ~37.5k

U r almost guaranteed with 40%-60% refreshers compared to initial grant unless u perform really bad.. if u get promoted base will be bumped to 75% percentile of ur next level, and u should get a new grant too

Refresher is all u get, but maybe because of inflation u get adjustment. Plus If u r below p4, u can get promotion almost every year
