Workday annual refreshers P4
Hello , I’ve joined workday in late august and was wondering what does the annual stock grant look like at workday for P4. Is it prorated for the number of months TC : 220k #workday
What's unique about Workday is that they give a NH grant and annual refreshers. So at years 3-4, there's some serious stacking with NH grant, year 1 grant, year 2 grant, year 3 grant all vesting in the same year.

What’s P4 base looking like for y’all? I’m at 145k base for P3 and hoping for promo this year.
Depends on location. I think P4 bottom end is like 155k or so now.
Can workday P4 pay compete with Meta IC5 pay or come close? I'm attracted by their WLB and culture (unless that's gone to shit lately) but don't want to take too big of a hit.
Have you checked out Levels.fyi? They seem fairly close for P3 levels. Unsure about P4
Yes I have checked. P4 offers look closer to IC4 offers (maybe even less)
Target is 50% of the initial grant target. It will depend on your location but for P4 SDE target refresher is ~100k
