Workday consultant - comp? What to expect?? Deloitte or Accenture?
Does anyone know how much Deloitte normally offers their workday consultants in LA?
What's a typical base comp and bonus structure?

A few years late but I was at about the same position you were in when I got in at a client partner I currently work for. My starting comp was 105k + 17.5% bonus (based on hitting billable hours goals quarterly). I had a few other perks that amounted to about 130k total comp.
