Workday interview - Senior software engineer

I have my virtual onsite with a tools team at Workday. There are going to be 2 rounds of 45-min each. As per the recruiter, I shouldn't expect any live coding however, focus will be on technical skills and experience. Has anyone had this type of interview with Workday before? What type of questions should I expect? There is very less information available on Glassdoor and Leetcode. Any help is appreciated. YOE - 6 TC - 185k #engineering #software #swe #workday

Did the recruiter send you a HackerRank test? If not, don’t you think it’s a big red flag 🚩there isn’t a coding test in a software engineer interview? Why are you looking to leave NOW when many are leaving Workday in droves? Have you read all the recent poor reviews in Glassdoor? Suggest you not waste time with their interviewing process. If you really need the job for some reason, make sure you act like a puppy and be comfortable being micromanaged. Feel free to DM if you want to chat! And let us know what you feel about the interviews. Good luck!

I have confirmed this with the recruiter and every interviewer that this is not the infamous software application developer role that works on workday's drag and drop system. This is a senior software developer role for one of the tools team. I'm looking to change countries, that's why leaving NOW.

Workday have good policies when it comes to vacation etc, but company is slow, balance between process or actual work is broken. Too many Jiras and meeting. Meeting to get an estimate on for a meeting to get actual estimate is a typical. While getting consensus is a good strategy - it’s not always best way of moving forward.
