Workday interview SDE- Devops in cloud Orchestration
Hi guys, After a initial call with a workday recruiter, I received an 2 * 45 min video interview invitation. One is with hire manager, the other one is a technical interview. I was told it will involve in coding and problem solving. Anyone know how can I be ready for this interview? Will this SDE- Devops position interview ask the same level of leetcode questions as other SDE? What others I should expect? I couldn’t find much useful interview information about this particular position on Glassdoor or leetcode. So I got rejected. And I am not surprised. I think I applied for the wrong position. They are looking for someone who is interested in Devops such as k8s, they are working with workday’s internal cloud platform. They use golang to do some script development. It is not the general SDE. In the first interview , recruiter said it’s mainly behavioral questions but he actually didn’t ask me any behavioral questions , he give me a long introduction about the team and what does the team do. And ask me my opinion. The second interview is one easy leetcode question merge two sorted array , and provide a k8s deployment yaml file and ask me to explain the file, and also ask me some common k8s issue and how to solve it.
