It’s easy but good interview process overall. Interview feels like a two way communication and conducted positively. Ask clarifying questions wherever necessary! Phone screen followed by on-site 1. Coding ( easy - medium ) : focussed on problem solving, communication, brute force solution will work too. For optimizing you can just talk about it 2. System design based on your past exp 3. Cultural fit ( expect questions around diversity and inclusion) 4. Job profile related round ( backend, front, ml etc)

First round is usually an LC easy. Subsequent rounds are mostly LC Medium.

I would say average is medium, no need to expect the hard one.
