As a frontend engineer, every time I have to deal with Workday I feel like puking. It's so bad, I almost want to work for them for free for a week or two and fix their crappy UI

I use it to look at paystubs and request time off. I don't have any problems with it.
As a workday employee, I may come across as biased. But, hear me out. coming from end user facing products - i had no freaking clue how insanely hard it is to get the experience correct in enterprise software. Worst of it, you don’t even build big chunks of it. The implementation team builds it and the devs/designers don’t get to see it because of privacy.
I have been providing home information for the past 3 years since I started. I assume they refresh their DB every 4 hours
