Honestly l don't get it. Why do companies use the workday job application software? It sucks so much and feels like we are in the 1st century.
My wife works in HR and hates Workday
what does she love? anything that requires learning?
wut
Agreed our Recruiting software is oddly so bad, the rest of the product is quite good and more flexible than our competition - but man, the recruiting (both the applicant side and the internal recruiter/manager views) are straight up bad
Believe it or not, workday was so much better than alternatives when it hit the market. People were tired of SAP.
Same as Jira, you hate it but use it
I used workday to measure how desperate I am for a job. Like if I'm really desperate, I'm filling a workday job application

Who are these retards asking for dictatorship in India?
Likely they use workday for everything HR. And don't want to spend extra to buy/build a separate hiring tool. Workday does have a huge market share in peopleops tools, mainly due to its age. Sure you will need to use that after you join the company.
