Workday offer pending.
Hello fellow Blind users. I got an offer from workday for P4 role, to which I countered. Since then it has been a week. Recruiter told me that manager is waiting approval from senior management for the numbers. Does this take so long at workday to get the new offer signed? Anyone experienced same before? Offered: Base 175 Rsu 160/4 years Bonus 10% Countered: Base: 200k# Joining bonus: 40-45k Yoe: 10+
Check levels.fyi, looks like the average TC for P4 is around 250 so the counter you gave is solid but bump up the RSU’s
It takes forerrrrrrreeeeeevvvvvvveeeeerrrrrr to get an offer back through workday and approvals during q4. The recruiter was to go to the comp partner who is slammed with pay for performance and comp reviews. Then to head of business or COO who is also slammed with the same things + promotions. Then push you back to offer. Whole thing takes at least 3 days if run very well.
Lol, it has been a week. Got offer last Tuesday.

Which location is this? Pleasanton? Try TC around 250k to 280k for P4. Please note p4 to p5 is difficult and take years so bargain well on current level
