What should I prepare for? Spoke with a recruiter about an Analytics Engineer (“P3” mid level) role, and he mentioned there would be 3 technical screens in later interview rounds.

Analytics is a broad area that might be available in several orgs. Is this SWE, Security, Infra, X? Either way, the recruiter is your best point of contact, be nice and communicate with them and most of the times they will be super open to going into details as to what to expect for each individual interview.
Thanks for the advice, I will ask the recruiter for more details. It’s an “analytics engineer” role which is somewhere between a data analyst and a data engineer. SQL, Python, data viz. When the recruiter mentioned there would be tech screens, he said “you know, data structures and algorithms and all that.” Which I don’t think is common for AE roles, typically it’s SQL and simple Python for data manipulation (but not DS and algorithms). So just really curious. He was also open about the fact that he wasn’t familiar with analytics engineer jobs, so maybe his comment was SWE oriented
