Thinking about interviewing. How has your experience been? How's the compensation (cash/stock breakdown)? They already have a pretty high valuation (rumored $16 billion). Limited upside? Seems like a pretty crowded market with a lot of competitors (Lambda, Vultr, DigitalOcean, etc) , but likely still a long runway with NVIDIA dominating the compute supply for ML inference and the new Blackwell chips. Glassdoor reviews seem almost too good to be true. Thoughts? #nvidia #coreweave #tech #engineering #swe #software
I’ve been here a little under a year. I’ve been very pleased, overall. For a startup, the company is well run. Especially when you consider our growth this past year. The perks aren’t quite as impressive as my last job, but I don’t mind as I’m sure they’ll catch up eventually. Other than that, the work is interesting and there’s a lot of room for impact.
People don't blame each other here. They work together to support each other while holding each other accountable to grow and get better. That we have talented engineers goes without saying, but the culture we are trying to cultivate is the truly important part that distinguishes it from our competitors. I personally have confidence that it's going to be a success.
Can i get a referral?
I’ve had a nothing but overwhelmingly positive experience here over the last year.
What role are you in? I am currently going through the interview process
