Working at Halliburton SUCKS

The pay is good and the work would be good too, if not for incompetent management. I’m talking about the type of management that can’t understand basic concepts of the service they are managing, so have to be re-taught the same things over and over again. The type of management that doesn’t GAF about the long term. The type of management that gives you a worthless “bonus” that vests over multiple years and doesn’t vest at all until a year later. Halliburton stock prices have been freefalling and they definely deserve it. Such shitty management. Like they always say, people quit their bosses, not their job. I can’t wait until I GTFO
