depends on the group.. but it had pretty good wlb on the whole...

Its THE place for silicon work. Culture is open and transparent. Mutual respect and helping each other. Technology company with very rich in IP content and subject experts. Accountability is highly emphasized here. Motivated individual will find lots of good stuff here. Highly recommended (including the food)
It would depend a lot on which group you are in. The Marvell you will see at the end of the year will be way different than classic Marvell. Marvell will be a combination of three acquired companies,l. And another big business from classic Marvell is being sold. Not much remains from the old Marvell. It will be interesting to see what the company develops into. If you want to understand culture at Marvell, rather find the group you would be working on.
