Working at Salesforce?
Hi, I accepted an offer from Salesforce and will be leaving Deloitte. Can anyone give insight on the actual culture/team dynamics while being virtual? I really enjoyed my team at Deloitte and am feeling quite sad to leave even though this is the right move for me. TIA.
I was onsite at HQ in SF for over 5 years. Salesforce is great for WLB but can get a little boring.
Depends on team. My team is chill. I have been in remote teams since 2014 (obviously in other companies besides salesforce).
Salesforce more prestige than Deloitte. Good choice OP

You will feel bored, if your team is like mine. You probably will go backwards in skills if you stay longer. I am leaving soon because of these reasons.
