Working at Sephora?
Applying to a job at Sephora and wondering what the culture is like there. Do you enjoy your work at Sephora? What type of work do you do?

I don't work at Sephora but just hearing from my friends who work at Sephora, they seem to like it. Compensation is not so competitive but culture doesn't sound particularly bad. I've heard they are going through some reorg, leadership departure, so it sounds a bit chaotic but it sounds temporary.

Sephora is a great company to work for but few people in IT Management sucks, compensation not competitive, culture is fine

It’s BS company to work for. Nepotism at peaks and you will learn one thing that is Kissing Butts to grow your self.

Sephora is a racist establishment and the recent publications proves it. They have yet to publicly apologized for their behaviors. Racist company covering up racist behaviors.
Personally think the culture is pretty nice. Lots of women make up for an overall supportive community in my opinion. The main drawback is the pay personally.
