Applying to a job at Sephora and wondering what the culture is like there. Do you enjoy your work at Sephora? What type of work do you do?
The smell would make me sick.
What smell? What are you talking about?
I don't work at Sephora but just hearing from my friends who work at Sephora, they seem to like it. Compensation is not so competitive but culture doesn't sound particularly bad. I've heard they are going through some reorg, leadership departure, so it sounds a bit chaotic but it sounds temporary.
You will get lots freebies
Yah useless creams that look like shit. They just dump in to save on recycling
Sephora is a great company to work for but few people in IT Management sucks, compensation not competitive, culture is fine
I think there are some bad managers wherever you go. Who do you think really sucks?
It’s BS company to work for. Nepotism at peaks and you will learn one thing that is Kissing Butts to grow your self.
This is the case for Sephora IT. I don’t know about the other.
Nepotism where? Do you have some examples?
Can HR leadership get the f*ck off this app, we all know who you are in these threads.
Calm down Guy. I'm not HR.
Women driven by driven women. Innovation is part of the DNA. Respect for all and smarts equally valued.
Sephora is a racist establishment and the recent publications proves it. They have yet to publicly apologized for their behaviors. Racist company covering up racist behaviors.
Personally think the culture is pretty nice. Lots of women make up for an overall supportive community in my opinion. The main drawback is the pay personally.
