Working at Stripe
How is working as a software engineer at Stripe? From what I saw on Glassdoor, there were complaints of management being junior. Has that changed? Is the work-life balance manageable? By manageable, I mean should I expect to work more than 45-50 hours in an average week? It also doesn't look like they've raised a round since November 2016, are they profitable/at least default alive?

Some managers are still junior, but really depending on team. People stay late for dinner and free Lyft rides home (~8pm). I think most people work 40-50 hours and they mix in personal time. Very good engineering culture. If you have specific questions I can help answer.
