Working for Facebook: What rules for private profiles?

Hi Facebook employees, Do you have some specific rules for using your personal Facebook account after joining the company? One of the items on the checklist before joining the company is "Authenticate with Facebook account". Do you really connect your personal FB account with your employee profile? Aren't you afraid that your private posts are going to be checked by the company? Do you still use WhatsApp for private chats?

Aren't you afraid that your private posts are going to be checked by the company? If for any reason FB wants to check your private post, it does not need your authentication. So from your perspective, the risk of being checked is same, regardless of being the employee.

This is not what I meant. I meant if you are not afraid that it could negatively influence your position in the company or that somebody you work with could read your messages or see your private photos.

It’s strictly forbidden from regular ways of data access, especially for employee. That’s rule no.1 in your orientation.
