Working from home at MSFT
If you have been with your current team at least a year and need to relocate due to family reasons, how often do managers at Microsoft allow you to work remotely ? Other than being a good performer, which factors are taken into account ? I am talking about software engineers. TC 195k

Depends entirely on the team. Microsoft is generally better about it than most, but this is still a conversation you need to have with your manager.

I think it’s a great thing if you work (local or remote) at MSFT.
