How is everyone doing with working in the office with JPMorgan? With Covid cases rising and the CDC recommending masks for all I am curious to see how people feel and if you think the office will close again. #on-site #returntooffice #covid-19 #jpmorgan
Fed up with management. I’m actively interviewing and can’t wait to quit.
Why? What happened
Me too. I think they are so tonedeaf on their approach. I manage a pretty big team and No One is happy, and we’re being told as senior leaders to talk about how great it is to be back. Such bullshit. COVID is going to roar through like Plano and lots of people are going to get sick.
Yo I heard there was a covid case at the Delaware office in Newark but they only notified teams on their floor not the teams on the other floors. I'm kinda annoyed they didn't tell us
Besides that Im currently actively looking to switch jobs
Same thing happened in NJ.. I was annoyed too until I found out about it on Blind. The company really doesn’t care out health and safety.. I’m not even trying at work and actively interviewing to GTFO
I have been going into the office 1-2x a week since mid May. It’s been OK. I hate it but it’s not the end of the world.
Fun fact: management literally couldn’t care if you died in a violent car crash. They’d just ask how fast they can get a req on the books and hopefully pay the new hire less than your salary.
Are they back in the NYC office?
Dealaware office is open i know
What about columbus ohio
