Worst Wlb ranking
Ranking companies with worst WLB Amazon Facebook Tesla Apple does this seem accurate
From what I’ve heard Facebook is worse than Amazon. Otherwise I’d go there for more TC.
I think they tell you this to make you feel better. It’s all depends on the team of course.
Tesla at the top. SpaceX even higher. Elon musk doesn’t gaf cus he can churn and burn engineers

When will people learn: when a company is kicking ass with its customers, it means they’ve been kicking their employees asses. You can’t have amazing customer service, be insanely profitable, and have super happy employees. You are allowed to pick two of those three.
Honestly it’s so team dependent at big companies like these. You can have great WLB at all the companies you mention, and you can also have a bad time depending on the team.
It has little to do with organizations and more with the individual team. I have been in the same org in 2 roles. First one was absurd taking 70+ hours a week including commute time and a ding everytime I had to WFH to take handle a personal errand. There were times I pulled 36 hours straight to handle delivery and proposal work. The whole thing was terrible immediate manager and skip level leadership turning a blind eye. On a new team now and it is the best WLB.
Tesla should be higher.
