Worst company in Silicon Valley: WePay
Do NOT join WePay PLEASE. I had other offers and picked WePay for slightly more money and it isn’t worth it. All the staff engineers quit last year as well as entire executive board. No SRE team or IT team lol. Literally no one to return your laptop to when you quit. It’s just Chase. WePay is owned by Chase. They call themselves WePay but really you’re just joining JP Morgan Chase. Worst benefits ever. Had to pay $200 for annual eye appointment. Wtf. All the talented people quit and their backfills are completely incompetent.
Worst is the predatory recruitment practices. Hiring managers will tell you one thing before hiring then switch things up after you join.
