Worst experience with Salesforce India
They want ppl to attend their on-site interview giving the reason to complete the loop fast and get the result faster but the reality is even after a month no follow-up, they ghost candidates after conveying positive feedback and asking current TC, you guys from salesforce why this is even happening any idea I checked with couple of other candidates and they are facing same issues. Omg, I faced the same and saw other candidates being treated this way. They'll treat you like shit making you wait for hours indefinitely. I waited 4.5 hours before round 1 to happen and almost 2 hours till they said it's late in the eve now and we'll call you back for next rounds. I felt so humiliated and almost cried on the way back home. Felt so stupid for wasting all that time. While the recruiter apologized for this, it doesn't change the fact that their management is extremely incompetent.
Lack of planning and coordination causes this and even I faced this It’s clearly good ppl with no planning and less coordination causing this

I joined recently and I didn't face this issue. You might be facing this due to everyone being on their edge due to a major release happening. Panel is busy and there are tons of people joined recently. So onboarding buddies are swamped right now.

same, they gave me positive feedback and asked for my current TC but haven't given the offer till now and now have become unresponsive.
Same I gave interviews on 26th nov. 6 different people have reached out to me for last 3 weeks asking same details. One even said you will receive offer tomorrow and then said it is pending allocation. Not sure what is happening.
Same man same. Earlier HR used to call before all the rounds as a reminder and a quick connect post interviews to provide feedback. No response for weeks after asking for my expected numbers.
Salesforce is worst than a government office. What did you expect?
