Worst experience working at Samsung Bangalore, US returned

Last year SRIB recruited about a dozen people returning from abroad. Many of us are suffering due to hopeless mentality of HR and managers. -- managers steal your ideas, take credit for your work -- HR is the worst, never responds to anything -- IT support is pathetic, very reactive and inefficient -- don't buy what they sell during interviews, like patent, papers, etc. Every thing has to go through an approval process that is not transparent -- promotion is not based on your performance -- promotion process is not opaque -- they give annual awards, that process is also opaque -- food is hopeless, very poor quality, limited, cafeteria is like a third grade hostel, don't feel like eating there -- people who are part heads and group heads are there from last 10-15 years, they treat you like a slave -- company rarely hires part and group heads from outside. Only people who spent >10-15 years in SRIB become PH and GH. There is sh*t level of politics. -- Korean bosses decide if your solution should go into product or not according to their whim -- not much fun, no social events, feels like you came to funeral every day -- except part head, group heads, most people are freshers, high attrition, says everything wrong with SRIB -- they do not disclose their attrition rate, overall management is very opaque -- your comp will reduce after 2 years as joining and retention bonus stops after 2 years -- every manager, part and group heads are micromanagers. Lots of microaggressions from managers in a daily basis, which is considered normal here -- no trust on employees, toxic workplace If you worked in US or outside India, I can assure you, you will go mad.
