Interviewer kept interrupting me from the first question and it was clear from the first word I spoke he was not interested in me for whatever reason even though I exceed every requirement. Literally everybody in the entire panel after that is Indian. No diversity whatsoever in the org I would be working at. Went on the interview with multiple offers in hand just to know what the experience is like. Even asked me if I can work IST hours.
The President and Chief Engineering Officer of Salesforce is Indian. But it’s cool, keep playing the race card rather than accepting that your skills weren’t up to par and working on yourself. I’m sure that will get you far in life.
It’s gotten a lot of people pretty far in life.
Similar experience a while ago. Interviewer prepared some Lc hard and expected me to answer exactly what solution he memorized. System design, interviewer kept asking similar questions all the time
What round is this ? If it’s system design or leadership, they are meant to ask questions
Which specific team in Salesforce .
+1… I was interviewing for leadership position and was told behavior interview and it was basically a system design and coding interview- where the interviewer, aged candidate, ended up talking most of the time… It was the worst interview I ever attended! If interviewers don’t know what they are interviewing for bad luck for the company and the candidate!
