Amazon never ceases to amaze me, the bar has never been lower. This recruiter can’t even do the bare minimum and filter recipients based on the title they’re hiring for (I have both Amazon and AWS in my title). TC: 280k

I usually defend the recruiters on here, but sending a reach out to a current Amazonian is inexcusable.
I had it happen to me, but it was from an old email under a duplicate profile they had in their system. That's about the only scenario I'd say is fine. I sent them a message on slack and they were polite and apologetic about it, as well as got the duplicate fixed, so points in their favor.
