Worth it to join Coinbase?
Currently an L4 at Amazon. In the process with a couple companies. No problems at amazon, just not interested in the work. Would it be worth it to leave Amazon so early? Considering if I don’t leave and can become an sde2, then interview in a year or two for equivalent roles, I could more or less be making the same or more if I just went to a public company after that. Any thoughts? Current TC: 150k Offer: 135k base + paper for now(~140k over 4 yrs at current valuation) YOE: < 1

What’s “current valuation”? They last raised in 2018. If you get that price, your equity can easily 4x in IPO
