Would Google match Netflix with sign-on?
Google definitely wouldn’t match the all-cash TC from Netflix. But what about a big sign-on bonus to match the first year? Is a 100K sign-on attainable for L4 at Google with 4 additional competing offers?

Google didn’t fully match my Netflix offer, and they didn’t give me any sign on. Google’s offer was 11% less than Netflix.
