Would you leave IBM for Nokia?
I accepted an offer from IBM, but Nokia came back to me with a 20% counter offer. Wondering if you would decline an offer that you accepted? Both positions are Cloud Devops related.
Former IBMer here. Go for the higher TC. IBM will never increase that much. Be professional and tell IBM you just have a better offer. It might burn a bridge but if they are professional it shouldn't hurt you.

Absolutely. It's no issue. Try to not burn any bridges, let them down easy, and run.
