Would you take a 10% paycut to have a full, consecutive month off every year?

You’d still get some time off the rest of the year

Oracle not_larry Oct 16, 2019

In a heartbeat

Redfin pangjsb Oct 16, 2019

No but i’d take an 8% cut

How many weeks/y do you average like this?

Roku 🎃🦇🧛🏻‍♀️💀 Oct 16, 2019

Yeah unlimited vacation is awesome. 😁

Facebook ⭕w⭕ Oct 16, 2019

Fuck it, take 15%.

Facebook kygo Oct 16, 2019

Why dude? Don’t we already get like 21 PTO with no cap on sick leaves?

Facebook ⭕w⭕ Oct 16, 2019

I can only be sick so many days my dude.

No need.....#WFH 🤘😎🤘

Intel V6ene Oct 16, 2019

Is WFH usual at Amazon?

Amazon JohnnyUta Oct 17, 2019

I was just saying sometimes I work from home and use it as a vacation day. Yes it’s at amazon

JUUL toot Oct 16, 2019

Everyone saying “unlimited PTO” doesn’t get it. If you took a month off on an unlimited PTO plan you’d never get promoted.

OpenDoor NJFo27 Oct 16, 2019

Unlimited PTO is some what of a scam. People knowing they have unlimited time off won't take time off because they believe they will someday. Then you have the outliers who abuse it

Amazon bcbud Oct 16, 2019

I’d give up 100% 😏

OpenDoor NJFo27 Oct 16, 2019

10% is a lot but I would negotiate because health is more important. Especially if you want to get that TC higher you might be trying to start your own thing during that time off
