Wrong direct deposit account on Workday

I changed my direct deposit account on Workday but accidentally key in wrong number. There was no error on Workday when I did the change and the next payday I did not receive my salary that's when I know it was wrong. Contacted my employer immediately but they created ticket and ignore. There is no way to reach the payroll department. What can I do now? Can my employer just not correcting since it was me that entered the number incorrectly? I have not received salary for a month. Note my current employer is not MUFG.

they have a systems where you can submit a ticket and wait for response, it is horrible
