After the phone screen recruiter has invited me to a mock planning session with hiring team. What’s that? They are expecting me to be there in person for this and an actual interview round. Not happy:( anyone else has had an experience with this? Could you please share your experience? This is a tpm role.
It’s the worst. They pretend to interview you, but then in the middle they just start hurling insults and mocking you.
They tossed a banana at me
Hey, we're testing you to see how you'll respond on the real job :p
As was said before you should just ask. It's likely just to see how you work in a normal scenario.
Learn to spell - there is no wining on blind. Jeez!!
Lol as if you were never a victim of autocorrect. Or just you having a bad day? Can we just stick to the discussion?
SF recruiters are extremely slow - asked them twice in last 10 days. No response. And if you don’t want to help gfy. I don’t need obvious suggestions, get over it.
Did you try searching on Glassdoor etc, I have heard this for the first time.
My educated guess would be that it’s a project planning session (think agile process) where you will be evaluated to see how you would manage the expectations of all stake holders and deliver a plan to execute a given project.
Why don't you just ask them?
