Former BCGer. Is this a position within Gamma? BCG is better understood as a loose federation of small communities (led by partners) than as a monolithic entity with uniform culture. That said, Paris is notorious for having very long hours and a hierarchical culture. Visas are often sponsored, and the company is used to processing them given the frequency of extended global travel for many consultants.
