Did anyone buy/living in Lennar condos near Warm Springs Bart? How’s the experience? Saw Toll Brothers has some options but those are more expensive

Yes. You need to either go North or South. You don't want to stay just next to Bayland
This is quite an exaggeration. Smells probably once a year when there is heavy wind from the south
