Hello, I am in the process of interviewing for Ibotta for a Technical Account Manager role. Already had the recruiter screening but wanted to know what to expect in regards to any technical questions. Anyone that can share some details? Thank you! Old TC: 187K #ibotta

We are not looking for specific technology skills. You will be judged on your problem solving skills, troubleshooting skills, and more importantly client facing skills. TC: 210k
Thank you for the information! When you mean troubleshooting, is it general stuff like how to troubleshoot network slowness? API error codes? Website slowness? Etc. I want to make sure I brush up on everything. Thanks again!
APIs, Webhooks, occasional flat file. Slowness, missing data on payloads. You might spend some time in datadog, postman, mode. Coaching clients dev teams through integrations. But really we don’t care what technology you are familiar with since it can be learned. There will be more of a focus on organization and internal and external communication.
