Stay or resign?

This company I joined four months ago has a very understanding Manager and director. It required relocation, but the pay was good, so I thought of joining this, but I couldn't relocate, and hence decided to leave. During these four months, I had 3-4 offers, and none of them matched my current TC. Currently, I am holding two offers, and I decided to resign, but I didn't disclose I have the offers. Instead, I only told about my personal stuff which is currently going on. Now they are offering WFH for 2-3 months and have mentioned that they will revisit the matter after this period. When I told them I won't be able to relocate for sure, they are saying they will give some flexibilities which work for both of us and are suggesting that I not make any hasty decisions. They also said if nothing works out then you can resign. The thing is, I am not sure if I will get offers again after 2-3 months. I am fully confused about what to do. I am barely getting any interview calls, so it is worsening my situation. I don't want to regret later, so I'm looking for suggestions from you guys. Offered TC (Oracle): 18L base + 1L PF Current TC (NortonLifeLock): 16.5L base + 1.65L perf+ 5L RSU (vested over 3 years) YOE: 1.4

there will always be good offers monetary wise. But only if you join you get to know how the team is, how the management manages. Also consider career growth.

From what I've researched, both of them offer good learning opportunities. I'm not sure about the teams and management at either company. My current company also provides excellent growth opportunities, making it difficult for me to make a choice.
