Are they still relevant? How many people work in the US office?
The usual question - how's TC?
Yes, they are relevant (good)in router and 5G area with virtual product. Compensation depends on the level.
There are about 9,361 Nokia full-time employees. What Nokia business are you looking at? ION is consistent and expect growth with 5g
TC sucks...once you are IN...not much growth compensation wise..
Tc is very low.. and doesnt increase with the years of working
DeepField, though fraudtastic, seems to be doing well.
Big mistake Just left Nokia after many years. Worked my ass off to get better but nothing happened. No new tech, workforce is old. India is the only place where they hire and they are moving developement there (quality is going to waste). I just Leetcoded my ass off and got me a FANG offer. Never looking back. You should do the same
Going from Hulu to Nokia is just sad.

Why is it so G*damn difficult to move money out of India
You need to understand they are not a B2C company that does phone but mainly a B2B Company for Telco backend. In that space they are extremely relevant
