Hi, Has anyone recently interviewed with eightfold ai for Engineering positions in India? Heard they visited IITs this year. How is their interview process, work, WLB, TC offered etc.? Thank you

It's really bad. I spent 2 months interviewing with them for PM role, got the offer but they were offering really low level and comp (downleveling me and underpaying me vs current). Plus the recruiter was really disrespectful when I turned down the offer - he insisted on having a call after I rejected, and then went on and on about how I wasn't fit for anything more, and how I should have clarified before on comp and level, and started giving me unsolicited advice on how to recruit going forward. Really left a bad taste.
