Workato?
I was contacted by a recruiter about this company. Happy at my current company but curious and I like what I’m learning about the company. Any feedback on Workato’s culture or product?
Tech I think is pretty cool if you are into kubernetes/dockers/ruby stacks. its an integration engine which is a bit heavier than Zapier but similar in some sense. Culture is fine, quite open so far, very little bullshit. Lots of ex-Mulesoft and ex-Salesforce people here. However like many silicon valley startups, it is turbulent Aviato? don't know that company. Workato is independent/private company

Very low key culture, lots of really humble and smart people. Some great values held by the leadership team that really show through in how they treat employees. Overall I would recommend

Great WLB, path to IPO is clear with plenty of runway to navigate current market climate.
Integration market is quite competitive. How Workato is doing in the current climate? Do they have many Enterprise customers? Being a no code environment, I’m struggling to see how are they capturing the market with Enterprise customers. Heavyweights like Boomi and Mulesoft have captured the Enterprise so I don’t know how Workato can change this or compete with them? Currently being interviewed so would like to know your honest feedback as I am in a stable company and role.
