Losing hope on my TH in Seattle

Redfin value estimate is precisely my purchasing price 3.5 years ago. Mortgage Rate is 2.75% though. Townhouse is in an average neighborhood in Seattle south of downtown. Currently rented out and a bit positive cash flow but factoring in vacancy and maintenance, it breaks even. Should I foreclose it? I’m in the Bay Area now so tired of managing the property Tc 350k

Depends on whether or not you have another purpose ready for the money you’ll get by selling it.

List for sale and try to break even after fees and stuff. I don’t see point in foreclosing
