Redfin value estimate is precisely my purchasing price 3.5 years ago. Mortgage Rate is 2.75% though. Townhouse is in an average neighborhood in Seattle south of downtown. Currently rented out and a bit positive cash flow but factoring in vacancy and maintenance, it breaks even. Should I foreclose it? I’m in the Bay Area now so tired of managing the property Tc 350k
