Sign on bonuses range
Everyone posts their TC with Base, year end bonus and rsu/options. How is the average sign on bonus you get when you sign an offer with a company? Is there room for negotiation with sign on bonus? Pls state your experience with sign on bonus, TC and YoE Looking for inputs from FAANG and smaller startup like companies - NerdWallet, Atlassian, etc
Don’t believe everything you read. L5 signing was only 15k (40k relocation tho) depends on where you come from and how you negotiate I.e competing offers. I had no competing offers I negotiated hard and that is as much as they would give. TC 300k yoe 18

RSU 40k over 1 year? That sign on of 20k is on the lower end right? Did you have a chance to negotiate? Also YOE?
