Amadeus is not known for high packages. I am Ex-amadeus and moved to their competitor. Recently they reached out for an offer through their re-hire program. When I told them my current CTC and expectation of 30% hike, the HR actually laughed on the call saying "You've worked here before, you really think Amadeus will give you that much!" That being said, it is a good place to start in product if coming from service. With 16 YOE and 33LPA current, you should ask for 100% hike and finalize at 50-60%.
