Hey folks, worked for Ericsson for 17 years, was just notified today. I’m good at TPM, engineering management roles Ideally remote, Texas based though (close to Austin) I appreciate any help. Do you mind providing a referral at your company? There are couple of positions where I can be a good fit

Thank you so much!
This is why you should never be loyal to / fall in love with a company.
Totally! I recall an old meme “I work for the money, if you want loyalty, get a dog” Well, I’m not on that extreme, still, I’m loyal to people and together we survive the system mishaps. Many of the big corporates let go of people not because they made loses, it’s just missing the target, just made less profit then what they would have hoped to.

Fk 17 years at a company. Don’t you get bored?
Of course I did from the industry, but I changed what I do every 2-3 years at most, including changing countries So I’ve done service delivery, customer support, solution architecture, solution management, product management, project management, software development and sales support 90% customer facing roles Wasn’t too bad after all
I had colleagues who worked for 40 years in Ericsson! There's nothing that's been the same in last 40 years that you get bored
