Every week I see a post on LinkedIn where a leader at instacart quits. What's going on?
The announcement was with previous layoffs Just the posts/last working days were different So it's a well known thing
No growth
I mean we did have a layoff of 250

Instacart was very top heavy in some orgs before the layoff. The layoff was intended to remove management layers. It will be a slow trickle for director+ to announce their departure because if you were laid off as a director+ you look really bad to a potential employee (even worse than an IC). For example someone I know was fired 9 months ago and posted that they just left and now have a new gig like it just happened, to save face.
I had a recruiter reach out to me for an interview there 😀
