How to get the best out of...?

I am working on 3 projects simultaneously (2 are high impactful projects). The work load is manageable (8 hrs a day) but since it is 3 projects, I think if I can present my work in a better way, it can help with my annual hike and promotion. Any tips would be helpful. What should I say to impress these folks? What should I do to make the EM and PM realise that I am overwhelmed with the work and that I am working really hard and thus still able to complete all the tasks on deadlines?
